2. General Refund Policy Due to the nature of our digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we handle each case individually and fairly.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Full Refund:
- Project cancelled before any work has started
- We are unable to deliver the project due to our own limitations
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
Partial Refund:
- Project cancelled after work has started but before 50% completion — 50% of total amount will be refunded
- Project cancelled after 50% completion — no refund will be issued
No Refund:
- Work has been completed and delivered
- Client has approved the final deliverables
- Project cancelled after 50% or more completion
- Refund requested due to change of mind after work has started
- Client fails to provide required information or materials causing delays
4. Revision Policy Before Refund Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage clients to:
- Request revisions — we offer up to 3 free revisions
- Contact us to discuss any concerns
- Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue
We believe most issues can be resolved through communication and revisions.
5. Project Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel a project:
- Notify us immediately via email or WhatsApp
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
- Cancellations are processed within 2-3 business days
- Any refund due will be processed within 7-10 business days
6. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- 💳 Payoneer — 3-5 business days
- 💸 Wise (TransferWise) — 2-3 business days
- 🏦 International Bank Transfer — 5-7 business days
7. Non-Refundable Services The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Social Media Management (monthly packages)
- Meta Ads Management fees
- Domain registration fees
- Hosting fees
- Rush order charges
- Consultation fees
