1. Agreement to Terms By accessing our website apexshopifyagency.com or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services Apex Shopify Agency provides the following digital services:

  • Graphic Designing
  • WordPress Development
  • Social Media Management
  • Branding & Visual Identity
  • Content Creation
  • Meta Ads Management

3. Project Agreement

  • All projects begin after mutual agreement on scope, timeline and payment
  • A detailed project brief must be provided by the client
  • Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges
  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback and revisions

4. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required before starting any project
  • Remaining 50% is due upon project completion
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal and other online methods
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has begun unless stated otherwise

5. Revisions Policy

  • We offer up to 3 free revisions per project
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be charged separately
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery
  • Major changes to original requirements are not considered revisions

6. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Provide necessary content, images and materials
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframe
  • Make payments as per agreed schedule

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client
  • Apex Shopify Agency reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio
  • We retain rights to all source files until full payment is received
  • Client must not use our work for illegal or unethical purposes

8. Confidentiality

  • We treat all client information as strictly confidential
  • We will not share your business information with third parties
  • Clients must also keep our pricing and processes confidential

9. Limitation of Liability Apex Shopify Agency shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business or profits
  • Delays caused by client or third parties
  • Issues arising from client provided content

10. Refund Policy

  • No refund after work has started
  • If project is cancelled before starting, full advance will be refunded
  • If project is cancelled after 50% completion, 50% of total amount will be charged
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

11. Termination We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Client violates these terms
  • Payment is not received as agreed
  • Client behaves in an abusive or inappropriate manner

12. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or legal proceedings in Islamabad, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
